Is the price per user?
Yes. Every plan is priced per user, per month. A "user" is one person with their own extension and number, who can use a desk phone, the mobile app, and the web phone.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, it's your choice. Every plan is available month-to-month ($15, $24 or $44 per user per month), or on a one-year agreement at a lower price per user ($12, $19 or $35 per user per month). Month-to-month plans need 30 days notice to cancel. If you cancel a one-year agreement early, you pay the remainder of the term.
Can I keep my current business phone number?
In most cases, yes. When you order, choose "Keep my number" and we'll handle the transfer (called "porting") from your current provider. Porting usually takes about 72 hours or less, depending on how quickly your previous provider releases the number. Your current service keeps working until the move is complete.
Do I need new phones?
Not necessarily. You can use the RingAll mobile app and web phone with no hardware at all, bring phones you already own (nearly all standard VoIP phones, about 99%, work with RingAll), or add desk phones from our phones page to your order. Phones we ship arrive set up and ready to plug in. Browse phones →
What is the phone warranty and return policy?
Phone hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which is usually one year on the product (check the terms for your model). If something goes wrong, email service@ringall.pro and we'll help coordinate the claim with the manufacturer. Phones may be returned within 30 days of purchase, only if the phone has not been registered (activated on our service) and is in new condition. For other refund requests, contact us.
How is RingAll different from other phone providers?
Other providers hand you a login and leave you to build it out. We build your whole phone system for you, remotely, with hands-on help from real people: you just plug in your phones. See RingAll vs. other providers →
Does RingAll offer call recording?
Yes. Call recording is included in every plan, and we'll set it up for you. Recording-consent laws vary by state, so check what applies to your business before you turn it on.
Will you sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?
Yes. We'll sign a BAA when your practice needs one, and we can help you set up your phone system with HIPAA in mind. Your practice remains responsible for its own HIPAA compliance. Phone systems for healthcare offices →
What are RingAll AI assistants?
AI assistants help answer and handle your calls, and like everything else, we set them up for you. They can answer calls, take messages, book appointments, answer common questions, cover after hours and route calls. AI assistants are an add-on available with any plan: Lite is $29 per location per month and Pro is $79 per location per month. More about AI assistants →

What about 911?
Every account needs a 911 service address so 911 calls can be routed to the right place. It must be the physical address where the hardware will be used, and you must update it if you move your phones. You'll enter it at checkout and can update it any time. E911 has a monthly fee that varies by region; it's shown with your taxes and regulatory fees.
